How Does It Work
This is a by-invitation community – you have to be have someone banging your drum to connect to others. We want to connect as many creatives, marketeers, business builders and designers from every aspect of building a brand, so that you feel supported and have help every step of the way.
Where do we start? We have a series of founding members that are doing great work, and that is growing all the time. If you’re invited, you’re encouraged to invite 3 more members, people who you want to hero and get their great work out into the world.

In return, we build an intimate and caring community that shares ideas, skills, tips and expertise – think podcasts, webinars, polls, virtual hang outs and events – as soon as this world gets back to ‘normal’ and we can enjoy company again with a cocktail or 7. Who We Are
Meet founders and fellow kick ass creatives Sarah McDonnell and Lauren Jones.
We met in 2013 in a dusty little studio in South West London and have been thick as thieves, friends and advocates ever since. We have both worked across global brands and exciting projects for combined 35 years, and over that time we have worked with some SERIOUSLY talented women that have shaped us, our work and our outlook ever since.
We are both successful solopreneurs in our own businesses.
Sarah McDonnell

Sarah works on largely FMCG and branding projects including Coca Cola, Mondelez, Nike and Unilever. A self-professed global explorer and traveller, Sarah will always light up a room with her larger-than-life presence, talent and heart (and that laugh!!!).
Lauren Jones
Founder, GTGSD and Box Creative Ltd
Lauren runs Box Creative Ltd, a global brand strategy and identity design agency, and has born armfuls of female entrepreneur’s visions into the world. Creative Director at The Elevate Prize, she works with social impact heroes across the globe delivering the kind of work that would make Mother Theresa look like a naughty schoolgirl. It’s an inspiration.
With the **itshow that has been 2020, we put our heads together and decided (finally) to create this community to support talented creatives, business coaches, designers and doers – just the ones we have worked over these years.
It’s been a tough ride, yet there is still a wealth of opportunity out there to do great work and connect to great clients, as well as grow in your business, learn new skills and meet fab people.
